Facilitator and Assistant Guide

The job of the facilitator is to facilitate discussion and not monopolize the discussion. To ask question and to give everyone a chance to express their personal beliefs about the subject matter. To encourage the group to participate and highlight good points that was raised. To affirm everyone and To add value to all.

The main job of the assistants is to complement the discussion by responding to the question, thus preventing awkward moments. Support the facilitator, maybe add more info/facts left out about MAPS. Share testimonies. Most importantly, call me if there a question posed that is beyond the facilitators knowledge. I will be trying to attend all group discussions, just to monitor the dynamics.

Here are the questions for the facilitators. Questions will vary depending on the subject. So try to come up with questions that will apply to the current bible study.
